Remarks

The method loads from the SMS server the status of submitted destinations from a token that has been returned from SMS submission.

A token is always returned when a personalised message is submitted. For non-personalised messages, the return value depends on the total number of destinations that were submitted in a single call to . If the total number of destinations submitted is greater than the maximum submit value returned from getBatchSubmitMax, a token will be returned from the Server. However, if the total number of destinations is less or equal to the value returned from getBatchSubmitMax, the submit status of each destination is immediately returned.
