How do I start sending messages?

Before you can start sending messages, you will need to Create an Account with which you can send messages at any time. You will be required to enter account information such as your full name, phone number, email address, and account password. Once you have provided the requested information, click on Create Account button for your account to be created.

When the account has been created, an activation code will be sent to your phone number that you provided as well as your email address. You will be asked to activate your account with the given activation code. After activating your account, you are ready to start sending bulk SMS to Ghana destinations.

How do I purchase SMS credits?

To purchase SMS credits, visit our SMS Pricing page where you can order the quantity of SMS needed. Our pricing packages are displayed in ranges. Look out for the pricing range where the quantity you need will fall within. Observe that the price per unit of SMS is shown in another column. The more quantity you buy falling within a higher range, the lesser the price per unit of SMS that will be charged. To calculate the total cost, multiply the price per unit by the quantity of SMS that you want to order.

A quicker way to order SMS credits is to specify either the quantity you want or the amount of money (your budget) you have in the input boxes provided below the pricing table. If there is a specific quantity you want, enter it int the SMS Quantity input box and the amount of money required will be shown in the Amount input box. If there is a specific amount you want to buy, enter it in the Amount input box and the quantity of SMS that you will get will be shown in the SMS Quantity input box.

Depending on your account, you may already have a discount code. If you already have a discount code for SMS order, you will need to enter the discount code as well. If you do not have a discount code, leave out this field.

When ready, click on the Submit button to submit your SMS order for your invoice.

How do I pay for SMS credits?

The available modes of payment for SMS purchased are provided in the Payment Options page. Please visit the page to see the Payment Options available.

I have ordered SMS credits but my account has not been credited.

When you order SMS credits and your invoice displayed, the ordered quantity is not added to your accounts. You need to make payment for the invoice through one of the payment media listed on your invoice.

After making the payment, open the invoice and select the medium through which payment was made. Click on Enter Payment button. A form will be presented to you requesting the payment details. Enter the name of the person who made the payment and the amount that was paid. When done, click on Submit button to send your payment details.

Usually, when you submit your payment details, our sales agents will be immediately notified to confirm your payment. When your payment is confirmed, your account will be credited with the quantity of SMS as stated on your invoice. Thus, your SMS balance will be incremented by the quantity of SMS ordered and stated on your invoice for which you made payment.

If your account is not credited within 5 minutes after you have submitted your payment details, kindly call on any of our mobile support lines for immediate response.

I have made payment for SMS order but my account has not been credited.

When you submit your payment details, it will have to be confirmed by our sales administrators. When payment is confirmed, your account will be credited with the quantity of SMS ordered and you will receive a message informing you of the payment confirmation. Usually, this takes a few minutes.

However, if your account is not credited within 5 minutes after submitting your payment details, kindly call on any of our mobile support lines for immediate response. The most possible cause is that a notification to our administrators on submission of your payment details might have delayed.

How do I check my SMS credits balance?

To check your credits balance, you must be logged in to your account. Tap or hover your mouse pointer over the SMS menu. From the child menu items, tap or click on Credits Log to see your SMS credits balance.

The log of your SMS credits will also be shown in a table for your reference.

How do I add phone numbers as recipients to a message?

You can type, copy and paste phone numbers as recipients of a message. You can also import phone numbers from file such as Excel worksheets. However, for large file sizes, we recommend that users copy the phone numbers from file and paste in the input box where phone numbers can be typed.

From the SMS Recipients section in the page where you compose your message is a table that lists the phone numbers that have been added to the destinations list. To type and or copy and paste phone numbers, click on Add Recipients button. You will be taken to another page where you can type, or copy and paste phone numbers to be added to the destinations list. To import from file, click on Import from File button. You will be taken to another page where you will select the file from which phone numbers will be read.

Phone numbers can be in either local or international number format. Thus, it is not a requirement to convert phone numbers to international format before being added. Additionally, if there is a mix of phone numbers and text data, just copy everything and paste in the input box. The system will automatically pick only the phone numbers and add them to the destinations list.

Is there a limit to the number of phone numbers I can send at a time?

Actually, there is no limit to the number of phone numbers that you can add for submission at once. You can add as many phone numbers as you want. The only limitation will be your available SMS credits balance. This is true whether you are sending through any of our APIs or through the Web client.
