When you order SMS credits and your invoice displayed, the ordered quantity
is not added to your accounts. You need to make payment for the invoice
through one of the payment media listed on your invoice.
After making the payment, open the invoice and select the medium
through which payment was made. Click on Enter Payment
button. A form will be presented to you requesting the
payment details. Enter the name of the person who made
the payment and the amount that was paid. When done, click on
Submit button to send your payment details.
Usually, when you submit your payment details, our sales agents will
be immediately notified to confirm your payment. When your payment is
confirmed, your account will
be credited with the quantity of SMS as stated on your invoice. Thus,
your SMS balance will be incremented by the quantity of SMS ordered
and stated on your invoice for which you made payment.
If your account is not credited within 5 minutes after you have submitted
your payment details, kindly call on any of our mobile support lines
for immediate response.
