Sender Names Approval
Your use of the Service is bound by your acceptance of and compliance with our message sender names policy. You agree that the Company shall moderate sender names requested by You for sending messages to you contacts.
The Company reserves the right to reject your request for message sender names if they are deemed fraudulent or suspicious for sending spam messages and or for other fraudulent activities.
You further agree that the Company disallows the use of message sender names that are already granted and which are later found to be suspicious for sending spam messages and or for other fraudulent activities.
Messages Deliverability
The deliverability of messages submitted by You for the use of the Service is not guaranteed. Messages submitted by You are forwarded to Service Providers that perform delivery of messages to recipients. We do not have control over the systems and network infrastructure of these Service Providers, and cannot guarantee deliverability of messages submitted through the Website.
We are not responsible and liable for messages that do not deliver to your recipients, and we do not refund charges on your account for messages forwarded to Service Providers but fail to deliver.
Indemnification
